Refund policy

At LYNCS, we supply high-quality spare parts for commercial coffee machines and aim to deliver them quickly and reliably. This policy outlines the conditions under which returns and refunds are accepted.

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Change of Mind

We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind purchases.

Please ensure that parts are correctly identified and suitable for your equipment before placing an order.

Incorrectly Ordered Parts

If a part has been ordered incorrectly, a return may be considered at our discretion, provided that:

  • The item is unused and uninstalled
  • The item is in original, unopened packaging
  • The item is in resaleable condition
  • The return request is made within 14 days of delivery
  • Proof of purchase is provided

Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is:

  • Faulty
  • Damaged in transit
  • Incorrectly supplied

Please contact us as soon as possible with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos where applicable

We will assess the issue and arrange a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Non-Returnable Items

Unless an item is faulty, damaged in transit, incorrectly supplied, or otherwise required under Australian Consumer Law, returns, exchanges, or refunds are not accepted for the following items:

  • Electronic boards and display screens
  • Electrical components that have been installed, tested, programmed, or removed from sealed packaging
  • Electrical components purchased for diagnostic purposes or due to incorrect fault diagnosis
  • Opened consumables
  • Custom-made, non-stock, or special-order parts

Return Process

All returns must be approved prior to being sent back.

To request a return, please contact us with your order details. If approved, we will provide return instructions.

Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

Warranty Claims

Warranty claims are subject to the manufacturer’s terms and conditions.

If you believe an item is faulty under warranty, please contact us with:

  • Your order details
  • A description of the issue
  • Any supporting documentation or images

We will assist in assessing and processing the claim in line with the applicable manufacturer’s warranty.
